So I went into the location to sign up, that worked. I keep coming back because I always feel such a welcoming inclusive environment that is positive and uplifting. Workouts are just right for all levels. I’m in my 50s working out with 20s up to those older than me. I have another place I go for challenging weight and cardio but the music at the other fitness studio is very oppressive misogynistic rap and makes me feel a bit abused. I don’t understand other female gym owners and instructors not carefully selecting music as it’s an important part of the experience.
