before i realized the potential of working out with a dedicated program, i was 6’5, 280 eating around 5600 calories everyday. this app helped me lose 35 pounds in 5 months, i can now run up the stairs without having a heart attack. 

definitely recommend the app to beginners looking to better themselves!

This is exactly what I was looking for. So convenient to have all my workout information in one spot and tracked. The demonstrations of each exercise with the highlighted muscle group that is being used makes it easy to customize my workout based on my goals. Very thorough, practical and easy to use!
