Uses a large amount of battery and makes my iPad hot waiting for the ad to finish and time out. I have to restart every time. I get frustrated about losing my place in the game that I just quit playing. ### 2/5 — Way too many ads! *2025-02-11, version 9.3.37* This game IS good mindless fun, I’ll give it that, but as you reach the higher levels it’s rare you can finish without watching an ad for extra balls. The ads have become excessive in length. 45-60 second ads just to get 3 more tries (on average, sometimes you can get up to 10 but that is rare). Anything beyond 15 seconds takes the fun out of the game…you will spend more time watching ads than playing. I immediately close the game if an add is 30 seconds or more. In addition, the game goes from giving you random colored balls to colors the game knows will prevent you from getting a bonus (cheating IMO)…therefore, wait for it, you have to watch more ads!! It also makes you watch an ad before and after you win a game. Again, the ads are excessive! And enough with the Royal Match ads, those are the worst of the bunch and is a misrepresentation of what the game truly is but that’s another matter! ### 2/5 — 1 *2024-12-18, version 9.3.37* What’s with all the ads ### 3/5 — Game play *2024-12-12, version 9.3.37* I love this game but some time the very hard levels seem impossible. This just goes to show you that this game is being controlled… Not to mention the fake names Margaret, Dorothy, Susan, Maria, Laia, Blanca, Carlota, have been on every device that I have downloaded this game on and start from level 1 to 2000 plus. I have been playing for a couple of years and those names are always there… Not to mention the countless ads between every level with those “X” ‘s and arrows in the corners that are so tiny you can barely see them, and if you don’t touch them on the exact spot they will pop up over and over. They must be making a lot of money off of all the ads. Do you really want people to play and enjoy the game or not…? Probably my all time favorite but sadly it is no longer playable. As the levels get harder the only way to solve is by using power ups (cash money) or watching ads. However I have noticed in the last few months that I am getting the message that no commercials are available for so long on each level that I give up and turn to another game. Also, when you buy the coin pack, it will tell you the purchase was successful and then the game freezes and you never get what you paid for. The game takes your money and do not give you a refund or they do not contact you back when you try and get in touch with them. Don’t even waste your time. Twice now I have waited for my daily bonus for the coins so I can get 5 extra moves because without them the level can’t be completed, and both times the game has changed the colour of my ball after I launch it!!! The second time I knew I had cleared the level except the ball changed colour after launching it leaving me with not enough moves to complete it 😠and I didn’t have any coins for any more moves, cheating way of getting money off players if you ask me, except I am not gonna pay money ever! Especially when we are in a cost of living crisis! I really wish the issues with the game freezing if something happens on your phone like an alarm or a call or message etc comes through would get fixed, because the only way to resolve it is to close the game and open it up again and then you have to re start the level without your boosts cause it counts as a loss. Also because the developers don’t seem to want to fix their Issues with this game regarding ads constantly being unavailable and making it hard to progress without spending real money for extra moves 🙄 I decided to uninstall and re install the game to see if that helps. Now it seems I have lost all of my boosts which I had almost a 100 of each saved up! Why should I lose them all when my account is linked and saved, my levels are all back, but not my boosts!. This game is enjoyable, but it’s also frustrating because clearly it’s fixed, every time I am one move away from gaining a fire ball I get a colour I can’t use, this isn’t just a once off thing it’s almost every time. The ball moves when I clearly line it up to where I want it and ends up landing somewhere else. And the adverts, why are they never available?
