## What is Power runner?

Better way to do running trainings.
Focus on your results, learn to keep consistent tempo, do more interval trainings.

You can create different trainings, with many options for interval trainings similar to those proposed by crossfitendurance. Running 10 times 100 meters and resting for time equal to time of your last lap? no problem with that. 
You can also use metronome to guide you to your required cadence. 
Aren't sure if you keep correct tempo? you can set reminder to monitor your speed and tell you when to run faster or when you can slow down.

For every lap your speed data is recorded so you can analyse your run - if you loose speed because of getting tired or maybe you did run uphill in some particular moment.

App is made by runners and for runners.

User interface is very simple and during your run you will hear all important information so you don't need to watch your phone every minute.

Go for it and dramatically increase your performance!

Please note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
