### 3/5 — Decent but issue syncing

*2026-08-16, version 9.0*

If you try to sync anything other than one day, it says there is an error.

### 2/5 — It doesn’t scan automatically!

*2026-08-11, version 9.0*

The most annoying part of this app is if you don’t remember to manually hit scan on the app every day then it will not transfer the information to Health app!

### 3/5 — No free trial

*2026-04-28, version 9.0*

After installing this app I was presented with the option to purchase. I was not able to proceed with a data sync without purchasing. It’s rated well so I purchased it.

When I went to specify the data that I wanted to sync I was unable to proceed without giving the app read and write access to all of the data in HealthKit. I don’t want to allow permissions to read and write all data. I’m hoping for a refund.

I will be more cautious in the future installing any app that doesn’t have a specified free trial period.

### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Work

*2026-02-02, version 9.0*

This app worked for maybe 3 days (during the trial period) and no longer syncs any of my data. I’ve paid the $20 and now it is completely worthless. I’ve followed all of the tips and tricks to no avail. It’s also super sketchy that you can’t contact anyone from the development company.

### 1/5 — I want a refund!!

*2026-01-07, version 9.0*

this app broke my apple health’s steps counts and now its populating 280 steps at 3 am when I am sleeping. Doesn’t sync anything at all. I only wanted to subscribe for a week to see but idk how I got a year long subscription which I didn’t even want. Please who should I contact to file for the refund and you guys should work on fixing the bugs and making sure it syncs the data instead of straight up lying to people and scamming their hard earned money.

### 1/5 — Nice app but doesn’t give you anything for free

*2025-12-25, version 9.0*

### 1/5 — This app is a SCAM

*2025-10-05, version 9.0*

Don’t waste your time. I paid $20 and the app doesn’t even sync. Such a waste of money. I literally couldn’t even sync it to my fitbit even after following all instructions. I’d give it 0 stars if possible.

### 1/5 — Stopped Working

*2025-10-01, version 9.0*

The app was great, but now it doesn’t work. It asked me to allow more permissions. It doesn’t go any further. I log in and grant permission. Then it say I have to grant permission.

### 1/5 — Stopped working

*2025-09-30, version 9.0*

Disappointed. This worked for me for 2-3 months and now it says ‘link fitbit account’. I do that and it says ‘looks like you haven’t allowed permissions . . . . . .’ although I have chosen all. Now my wasted $20

### 1/5 — Waste of Time

*2025-09-29, version 9.0*

### 1/5 — Waste of time

*2025-09-29, version 9.0*

I couldn’t get passed the initial sync process. Kept telling me to unlink and relink. I couldn’t figure out what they meant.

### 1/5 — App stopped syncing

*2025-09-28, version 9.0*

The app worked great for a month. It then un synced and won't re sync. The app makers give no support after contacting about the issue. Try a different app instead.

Not good only syncs steps unless you upgrade to pro for a hefty monthly fee

### 1/5 — First time use

*2026-07-01, version 9.0*

I was asked to rate before using or right after first log in. I am assuming design flaw

### 1/5 — A mess

*2026-06-23, version 9.0*

### 1/5 — This sucks

*2026-06-03, version 9.0*

See above

### 1/5 — better options available now

*2026-05-30, version 9.0*

this app only will reliably sync back about 1 month. there are better options now - prob don’t even need it with the changes google has made to fitbit.

### 1/5 — Kinda sucks…

*2026-05-07, version 9.0*

You can only sync steps without paying. That’s already offered in the base app for free. All the other things that I wanted to sync, I have to pay for. No way to sync more than a day for free either.

### 1/5 — Requires purchase

*2026-05-07, version 9.0*

Requires purchase to work and assaults you to review the app before that’s made clear. Don’t trust the good reviews.

### 1/5 — Paywall!!! Only steps syncs freely.

*2026-04-27, version 9.0*

Paywall!!! Only steps syncs freely.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

Read the other comments, this app is dead but will still happily collect your money.

### 1/5 — App won’t sync

*2026-02-13, version 9.0*

*2026-05-26, version 9.0*

Very helpful

### 5/5 — Works well for a fee

*2024-12-28, version 8.0*

I’ve recently moved to Apple Watch and needed to move my 9.5 years’ heart/sleep/etc data over to the health app, so that it could be accessed by the Apple Watch compatible apps.
This app worked well, but only after you’ve paid the $30 annual subscription.
Within 20 minutes, most of my health data had been ingested into the health app. The rest of it has appeared overnight.
For me: having access to this health data in a continuous report via one app was worth the $30 fee. Now that all the data has come across, I will cancel the subscription.

### 5/5 — THANK YOU SO MACH

*2024-12-06, version 8.0*

Yep

### 5/5 — Good app

*2024-12-05*

a handy app for those who use both Fitbit and Apple Health devices. It allows seamless synchronization of your Fitbit data with Apple Health, ensuring all your health metrics are in one place1. The app supports various Fitbit device types and offers both manual and auto-sync options, although the latter requires an in-app purchase. Users appreciate the convenience of having their steps, heart rate, sleep data, and more integrated into Apple Health1. However, some users have noted that the app could be more reliable and that Fitbit's data sharing policies can limit its functionality

### 5/5 — Simple & effective

*2024-12-01*

I’ve been using the Fitbit to Apple Health sync app for quite a while, and I must say, it's a game-changer for anyone who uses both platforms. The app provides a seamless integration between Fitbit devices and Apple’s Health app, allowing you to sync data like steps, heart rate, sleep, and more across both systems effortlessly.

Setup is quick and straightforward, with clear instructions and no complicated steps. Once connected, the sync process is fast, usually updating in real time or within a few minutes. I particularly appreciate how it keeps all my data consolidated in Apple Health, where I can easily track trends and analyze metrics without switching between apps.

One of the biggest advantages is that it syncs not just the basics like step count, but also more detailed data, like sleep patterns and calories burned, offering a more comprehensive view of your health. There are occasional sync delays, but they’re infrequent and don't impact the overall experience much.

If you're a Fitbit user who prefers Apple Health for tracking, this app is a must-have. It's simple, reliable, and definitely enhances the fitness tracking experience.

### 5/5 — Very helpful and best app

*2024-12-01*

I've been using the Fitbit to Health Power Sync app for over a week, and I’m truly impressed with how much easier it has made tracking my fitness data. The app syncs flawlessly with my Fitbit, ensuring all my health metrics – from steps and heart rate to sleep and weight – are accurately transferred to Apple Health. This seamless integration has provided me with a much clearer view of my overall health, and I love how it brings everything together in one place without any fuss. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, making it accessible even for those who aren't very tech-savvy.

### 5/5 — Nice app to monitor health

*2024-11-22*

Fitbit to Health Power is an incredible app for anyone serious about taking charge of their health and fitness goals! As a real user, I’ve had nothing but good experiences using this app to track my daily activities, workouts, and overall progress. It seamlessly syncs with my Fitbit device, providing detailed insights into my steps, heart rate, sleep patterns, and calorie burn. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to set achievable goals and monitor progress over time.
