### 3/5 — Works well but paying for it hasn’t been worth it

*2026-08-24, version 2.9.4*

It works perfectly to manually sync, but I paid the $15 and it only auto syncs at 2am and 2pm. I am happy to support developers that make helpful tools, but the paid version promotion was very misleading. You still going to have to do the manual sync throughout the day to stay on top of your steps.

Please update the app so that it syncs frequently throughout the day, I would suggest at least once an hour. One sync sometimes at 2 PM and one sync in the middle of the night is not “auto sync”ing.

Additionally, it continues to prompt the user to pay for the app even after they already have.

### 4/5 — 👍

*2026-08-21, version 2.9.4*

This App is great but really wish Fitbit still had their own app! But still 5 out of 5!

### 4/5 — Glad you are back! 🎉

*2026-08-19, version 2.9.4*

I rely on Power Sync and am very relieved to see the app back up and running again. Thank you!

### 2/5 — Hit and miss App to have for Fitbit data transfer to iPhone

*2026-08-12, version 2.9.4*

Easy installation however it’s not always an automatic data transfer from Fitbit to iPhone Health, at times the Fitbit App will say data transfer did not occur and you have to go into Power Sync and do it manually.

### 3/5 — Syncing Issues

*2026-07-29, version 2.9.4*

I’m noticing that my steps are not syncing accurately across the Apps as it’s supposed to do. I have been trying for two days to go through permissions, background refresh, settings, etc. and they are still not working properly.

### 4/5 — Arethasoul

*2026-07-29, version 2.9.4*

Sometimes a bit tricky but 9/10 score

### 2/5 — Mid app ngl

*2026-07-25, version 2.9.4*

All you can really do is just sync. But it doesn’t work like what could it be syncing to? Someone tell me please.

### 4/5 — Best app finally updated

*2026-07-21, version 2.9.4*

Thank you for updating the app - this is the best app for syncing your data because it actually lets you sync more than just your steps for free. Other apps will only sync steps, then you have to pay monthly for the rest of the data to sync, but this amazing app does it all. THANK YOU!

### 3/5 — Not the actual steps

*2026-07-19, version 2.9.4*

It does not add the actual daily steps, not sync accordingly

### 2/5 — Power Sync stopped working

*2026-07-16, version 2.9.4*

I got the Power Sync App so it would autosync my Fitbit to my Health App. It's not something I check frequently I just assume it's working. I just noticed it hasn't synced in a long time (maybe since Google Health took over my Fitbit App?) and I was never notified. I have been paying $1.99 per month for this feature. So I am cancelling.

### 1/5 — Time not syncing

*2026-07-11, version 2.9.4*

I don’t know how to make the time sync . There was never any issue with Fitbit app

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not syncing

*2026-08-18, version 2.9.4*

The app says it’s syncing all the time and it’s not. I have to manually update my steps from my watch at least three times per day.

### 1/5 — Does not work.

*2026-08-15, version 2.9.4*

This app sucks

### 1/5 — Pay to play??

*2026-08-13, version 2.9.4*

Having to pay to use another health service is absolutely ridiculous.

### 1/5 — App

*2026-08-11, version 2.9.4*

I don’t understand this app. It says it’s sinking and logging down information but I see absolutely nothing. I don’t know how to work with this.

### 1/5 — FitBit is not syncing!

*2026-08-06, version 2.9.4*

This app is not syncing to my FitBit watch!

### 1/5 — Awful - never worked once

*2026-08-04, version 2.9.4*

Keeping asking me to purchase again, will only update manually. It has never once worked correctly. Don’t waste your money.

### 1/5 — Why

*2026-08-02, version 2.9.4*

Why do I even need this app it’s pointless and then they want you to pay for what so they can share you data I hate iPhone

### 1/5 — Is it really syncing?

*2026-07-18, version 2.9.4*

Every day I do a manual synch just to make sure my information is transferring to Apple health and google health. Every day for the last 4 days the info from my fitbit says I slept an hour or two which I know is wrong.

I miss the Fitbit app!

### 1/5 — Does not auto-sync

*2026-07-17, version 2.9.4*

I’ve reached out to the app with no response.. and I paid for the $15 lifetime charge but I have to manually sync it every day.

### 1/5 — Not helpful

*2026-07-16, version 2.9.4*

Since I have an apple phone I can’t get the information I need about my sleep

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Worth it

*2026-08-29, version 2.9.4*

I was worried I was wasting money, Gemini explained that bridge apps are necessary for fitbit to work continuously with something like Pokemon Go. This app seems to work very well & delivers as promised.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2026-08-24, version 2.9.4*

This is my favorite app to help me in my health goals. I highly recommend it !! I use the Fitbit Aria scale.

### 5/5 — Great!! Only one bug

*2026-08-22, version 2.9.4*

The only bug I’ve found is it kept logging a weight (that I had not input) every day when I would sync - I had to disconnect that connection only from my apple health. Otherwise it works beautifully!

### 5/5 — Great

*2026-07-31, version 2.9.4*

Great bridging kit does exactly what it says

### 5/5 — Great ‘bridge’ app.

*2026-07-29, version 2.9.4*

### 5/5 — Love it

*2026-07-25, version 2.9.4*

This is now working as it should. I’ve been using it for a month now with no sync issues anymore.

### 5/5 — Awesome product!

*2026-07-09, version 2.9.4*

This helps keep all my data synced so I can track my progress easily! Great product!

### 5/5 — Does the job

*2026-07-09, version 2.9.4*
