This app will give you freedom to workout at anytime anywhere and it takes only 7 minutes a day. 
This is the best, safest, most effective and most efficient exercise program for regular and busy people which follows scientific HIIT (High Intensive Interval Training) program. This can improve your muscular and aerobic fitness without going to a gym. It will help you to track your progress to a better and healthier life. This app provides animated guidelines and countdown with sounds so when you are comfortable with the routine you can keep exercising without looking at the screen.

This workout app consists of 13 exercises to be done for 30 seconds, with 10 second breaks between each exercise. All you need is a chair and a wall. This programme use your body weight as resistance and it focus the whole body. For the best results it is better if you can do 2-3 sets according to your pace.
