### 1/5 — Don’t buy charger!!!

If your looking for a wifi charger this one does not work with the app. The are aware of the app has not been updated and couldn’t really careless. Also, the charger has hardware issues after two years stay away.

No instruction for how to connect to the default password protected WiFi. SSID is also different. With out WiFi password, this app is useless.

We called customer service and no help at all app won't find Router.  App is useless

App wasn’t working quite right for the past two years, but now it can’t find my charger at all. Saves me the frustration of trying I guess.

UPDATE: After emailing PowerCharge about this issue, they really went out of their way to help me. Turns out the app still works on my iPad running iOS 12.5. The issue might be with access to the local network on my iPhone running 14.4. They will be working with their app team to try to fix it.
