I do a lot of work on my iPad. It’s crashing often on. Always asking me to sign in. Very difficult even look at the patient in their charts. Needs real help from the developers. It needs a resuscitation. Getting worse now. Please make it better. Please. it’s still unable to sign in difficult to sign in. Do you guys need to fix it because it’s a great opportunity.

I’ve used varying EMRs and their available apps and this ranks among the worst. It is nowhere in contention for best in class. 
For starters it takes 5 taps just to log into the app after starting it before you are able to do anything, whether that be viewing a patient list or reviewing a chart if already open. 
And then not all patient data is available. I understand limiting certain things for patients but with a doctor?
Unfortunately I can’t persuade our organization to switch to another EMR that is a little more, shall we say, epic.

I’ve downloaded this app 10 times. It allows me to review one patient, but if I exit that chart and try to view another, it freezes. I have to close the program and reload it every time I want to move to another patient. This has been happening for a year. I have attempted to contact customer service, but they are worthless.

Why is the micro tab conveniently missing? It needs to be there to make antibiotic decisions moving forward. Also, why is the ability to order things limited? Please add the ability to order fluids. As of now we can only cancel them. At some point in the very near future, please add the ability to order/edit power plans. Also make the app faster overall.

As an infectious diseases consultant this app is essentially useless to me because there is no microbiology section to review cultures and susceptibilities. This app needs to have actual information added in.

I don’t see any pitiful at use apart from writing a note. The results cannot be tagged . Microbiology is not available. Discharge meds cannot be placed on this interface.

This is the single worst piece of medical record keeping software that I have ever used (vs Epic and other homegrown EMRs). Anytime I want to dictate notes for my clinic, I usually have to login and log off of the app around five times and hope to be lucky to make a solid connection. The dragon integration is great, when it works, and unfortunately that is infrequent. There is zero consistency day-to-day in which work-around will allow me to open and use the software. Unfortunately, our clinic has bought into this Cerner ecosystem and we are far too reliant on this app. There is terrible product technical support, frequent unexplained downtime and surprise updates that tend to render the app unusable for at least several days after launch each time they come out.

To review a note, check a lab, or place a quick order, this app is OK. However, the addition of medicine reconciliation capacity would vault this app into incredibly useful. For providers with high volume clinics, medical reconciliation compromises a tremendous amount of time and mouse clicks. To be able to do this easily on the go would be a game changer for  efficiency. And would be a much more realistic utilization, than attempting to document within the app, especially as AI becomes more of an assistant for documentation.

The functionality of this application is great. It is very user-friendly providers are able to check a patient’s vitals, labs, documents, imaging reports, medications before they walk into a room. Something that needs improvement is the ability to create patient list within the mobile device. Currently there is no way to create a patient list on my phone however it would be a great addition to this application.

I tend to use the iPhone app more, however my biggest issue is with the slow loading speeds. This must be improved! Otherwise, I am happy to see more ordering features and it is great for tracking labs during hospitalization.

Nice app that works with ipad but is incomplete.
All labs show up except blood gas and that is what I need as a pulmonary doctor to check on my patients. Will try to use and then if needed call the hospital to get the blood gas number from the nurse!
Hopefully this is a minor issue can be fixed soon.

… really confused as to why the app launches a Bluetooth phone call when using in your car…? Makes no sense, chews through battery life, and is frustrating when you’re in your car!!!
