But if you don’t use it regularly the App forgets your name/password, can’t login, claims the account name doesn’t exist, and fails to create a new account with the informative diagnostic message “something went wrong”. This is not the first time, this is the 4th time it’s happened. Each time took hours with tech support to just re-enable my red “bricks”. My advice is buy something else, something that doesn’t need an active internet connection and invasive marketing-data-collection account just to turn it on. ### 5/5 — Absolute game changer *2026-07-13, version 2.12.9* As a physical therapist I’ve seen amazing results with pain relief as well as range of motion increases then I tried it on myself…amazing product!!!! so both professionally and personally this is something that I recommend. From its features to calm the muscles and it’s features to work the muscles.
