Now it’s completely useless. This is the 1st time using the new blue ones; prior to that I used the red ones with no problems. These new ones seem to lack some connectivity with the magnetic probes and the pulsating is weak and very intermittent almost stopping completely. I contacted Therabody and was told they were out of warranty and they can’t help. I have loved this product for 4+ years but the support seems to suck. It makes using the device 100x more complex than it needs to be. The device only really has a couple of settings and then you choose how much power you want, but the app makes you jump through menus and surveys every time you want to use it to make it seem personalised while doing absolutely nothing. It’s impossible to find the instructions for proper pad placement. Many exercises just showing 1 example photo, with only 1 device being used. I have the 2.0 Duo (2 devices) and both of them need to be on and plugged in to move forward with your program. What am I supposed to do with the second device? There’s no guidance for placement. There’s nothing in the Help Section on the website either. But if you don’t use it regularly the App forgets your name/password, can’t login, claims the account name doesn’t exist, and fails to create a new account with the informative diagnostic message “something went wrong”. This is not the first time, this is the 4th time it’s happened. Each time took hours with tech support to just re-enable my red “bricks”. My advice is buy something else, something that doesn’t need an active internet connection and invasive marketing-data-collection account just to turn it on. ### 1/5 — Won’t open *2026-05-23, version 2.12.9* The app will not even open any mores it just keeps saying to retry. ### 1/5 — App crashes at launch *2026-05-10, version 2.12.9* The app keeps crashing every time I try to open it. From its features to calm the muscles and it’s features to work the muscles. They help when my pain management plan does not. PowerDots after yard work or help strengthen my legs and back. Theragun Sense post workout and before sleep each night. Thera cups when I have inflammation.
