As an Amazon delivery driver, I am beyond frustrated with this app! We are forced to use it for gas cards, yet the VIN scanning feature is completely useless. The barcode scanner does not work, forcing us to manually enter the VIN every single night. This is a huge waste of time, especially when we are already racing against the clock to finish our shifts. This inefficiency is not just annoying; it can lead to delays and unnecessary disciplinary actions. Amazon, please fix this ASAP!

App wasn’t working so I had pay out of pocket (I did receive reimbursement). However, this entire business is a waste of time and effort. Running a DSP is absolutely ridiculous. Thanks for the suggestion Amazon. Couldn’t rate this whole monopoly a low enough score.
