My issue was heard, diagnosed, followed through and resolved almost immediately. Dawn was understanding, supportive and helpful to the very end. Even at 9pm at night she answered my messages when i was struggling with an invoice issue, didn’t expect a reply that late but I did. I was skeptical of using an app for my business purely because it’s a change to what we’ve always known. After speaking to Dawn, who ran me through some training sessions, I was confident the app would work for my business so I gave it a go. I’m glad I did as everything is on one place and all my engineers know exactly where they have to be each day. They check in and check out of jobs which helps us run smoothly and enables us to keep our customer up to date. They have a great team who take time to go through anything you are unsure of and are great at responding to your queries. Dawn especially is always happy to help and very easy to work with. When I say it has been the best tool I own - I am so impressed! The support is also amazing, the Powered Now team are so quick to help and do what is best for us. We now have 5 subscriptions. Jensen and Luke have been amazing and have offered us such personalised and patient customer support. Unlike Tradify who are uselsss at customer support. Powered now is the app for any small to medium businesses. We would not want to use any other software for our plumbing and heating business as the software is great and the customer support is second to none ! Everyone there is so helpful and efficient and reply instantly. It’s just not good! It’s clumsy it’s backwards it’s badly coded ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE THIS APP *2025-11-05, version 10.1.7* Never use this company even after you cancel they continue to take payments and tell you it wasn’t cancelled this happens repeatedly I had to contact my bank in the end. When it does work great . However when it doesn’t it can add an extra 20 minutes to each job easily. Quoted £700 for a year, then tried to take £900 from my card, they then said it was plus VAT which was never made clear £700 plus VAT is not £900. I then informed them I would think about it over the weekend, they called me on Monday morning I said I was still thinking and would call back, they then debited my card without my consent and are now refusing to refund my money even though I do not want to use their Service or signed any contract it was left with me saying I will think about it over the weekend.
