You can tell the difference after a couple of months. I used Youtube and bought individual tracks from audible.com and other companies. This is the real thing. Be warned, there is a learning curve. You may feel crappy when you do some of these because your body is adjusting. For instance, Binary beats may give you a headache as your body/brain is adjusting to the new rhythm. Binary meats work because they literally change the frequency of your brain. Like a tuning fork. The beats enter your brain and your brain responds. At first it will be a mild headache as your brain adjusts. Other tracks may produce other results as your brain and body adjust. It's all very real and we'll documented. Google Scholar it if you want. That's how you know this works. Oh ya, and the results. You can literally, walk around playing this all day in your headphone or speaker. You will get results. I have been using this app for under a week, listening to a subliminal track plus the booster all through the night with the deep sleep sound track. I have slept so well which is a rarity for me and I feel amazing, something has definitely lifted and changed in the way that I am feeling and thinking. I can only put it down to this app. It’s incredible how much trauma we store in our bodies and don’t even realise it and through this app I feel like it’s being released and restored with positive healing. If I feel like this after such a short amount of time then I can only imagine how life changing this app can be and at £9.99 a month it is well worth every penny! As soon as I play a different track that was not added to the playlist it deletes everything from the playlist. Such a basic need overlooked. I wanted to create multiple playlists but that’s not available either.
