## What is PowerLeads?

PowerLeads helps field service businesses manage daily operations from a single mobile workspace. Designed for administrators, managers, and technicians, the app keeps service jobs, communication, customer information, team activity, and reporting connected in real time.

Administrators and managers can create and update jobs, assign technicians, monitor job progress, review paused or reopened jobs, manage users, view companies and contacts, follow technician locations on the map, and access profit reports by date, technician, company, job, and payment method.

Technicians can view assigned jobs, update job status, access job details, communicate through job chat, add products and services, register payments, manage contacts, use the built-in phone module, and review their own earnings and completed work.

PowerLeads also supports internal notifications, unread message indicators, customer and company chat, photo uploads, dedicated phone number management, call history, call recordings for authorized roles, and live location updates for field coordination.
