The app tells me that I don’t have the proper GPU performance on my device so they take my email and put me on “waitlist”. What?

**Developer response:** Hello, thanks for the note and sorry for the confusion! We've got an update coming out this week which will resolve that.

### 2/5 — iPhone X not working, although listed as compatible?

Hi there,
I am using iPhone X (on iOS 13.3) and the app is telling me the GPU is not compatible. Although iPhone X is listed in the compatibility list. Can you help? Thanks!

**Developer response:** Hello, thanks for reaching out! This is actually an issue with the supported device list, since iPhone X will actually is not be supported yet- we are actively working on building out this support though. 

We apologize for the confusion and will keep you posted as soon as there is support for iPhone X.

I love the fact that I can see my heart rate while I exercise if I'm wearing my Apple Watch. I don't like that there's a delay of 12 hrs or more for workouts to appear on Apple Health and so I can't close my activity rings on my Apple Watch. Also, the crashes often.

The app is crashing on the second workout with resistance bands. Can’t find where to ask for help so I’m here now.

Could you please clarify exactly which resistance band workout (upper body or lower body) and which particular exercise it is crashing on for you?
