Logging in is insanely annoying not remember your credentials and now today just to make things even more painful. I have to install a third-party authentication app to login. I don’t wanna use this app on my phone, but if I wanna view my paystub now I have to have it installed. It doesn’t allow me to log in with faceID anymore, it doesn’t remember my login credentials. It just doesn’t seem as user friendly anymore. It’s not made for a phone it seems, it’s a webpage. It no longer functions as an app, more like a webpage. The button “remember me on this device” does not actually work. Just use Safari instead for a less awful experience. And when you load your PDF you can’t even zoom in to read anything. Beyond insultingly bad. Have attempted to reset multiple times and it still won’t work. Tried calling through to Power Pay and they are very unhelpful since I don’t have “authorization” to speak to them. You may want to correct this. Also the name of the app on the home screen once installed does not relate to dayforce or powerpay —title is Selfservice UI.
