The way the app operates might as well be off of dial up. You have zero ability to EASILY IF AT ALL, see your account info. It send you down rabbit holes trying to reset your account. First saying your account doesn’t exist then saying the account number you put in is already in use.

The title says it all - the rest of it seems to work, but I can’t pay my bill…..
It was always a bad application written by someone in the early 2000’s who had just discovered IOS, so I guess it won’t be missed…..

It was a great app until it was upgraded. Now it does not allow sign on. iPhone X. 
Please fix.

App no longer works; error says it can’t connect to the utility.  I tried deleting the app and reinstalling. (iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 14.1)

While it worked, it was very helpful; I hope this gets fixed.
