Simply put, this is the best, most thorough, fitness and health app I have ever used. Taylor (the trainer) is highly responsive and knowledgeable, adjusting the fitness program to your specific goals. Having used many other tracking apps, I can confidently say that Powerplantbody Fitness is the most comprehensive and effective way to achieve your body goals. I recommend it to anyone and everyone that is looking for workouts and meal planning strategies. Keep up the amazing work!
