Customer service via email and app take a few days to respond but they were quick to rectify issue and followed up as well. Would be great if we get an app that is optimised for ipad! ### 3/5 — Slow customer service and app bugs *2026-05-26* I have been a customer for nearly 5 months, didn’t have an issue until over a week ago where the app won’t update my manual gas reading. I have been attempting to do it for over a week now, and have contacted customer service via email and the app but I haven’t heard back from them. Besides that, the app is pretty straightforward and so far the bill estimate has been accurate by the time payment is due.
