I have been attempting to do it for over a week now, and have contacted customer service via email and the app but I haven’t heard back from them. Besides that, the app is pretty straightforward and so far the bill estimate has been accurate by the time payment is due. I mainly use it for my referral link to keep my bills down and share the sign-up credit. The billing history is pretty good too! ### 5/5 — Fun way to pay for power *2019-06-12* Great app. Shows how much energy you used (and how much it cost) on a daily basis. You can also work out which appliances use the most energy by seeing the energy spikes. The ‘power packs’ is where you get the discounts though so you have to keep on top of it. One power pack I liked was supporting community projects which I thought was neat. ### 5/5 — Great App, great company *2018-06-25* This company provides a great service. The app is so useful. I know so much about my usage, can pay bills easily, and in small amounts instead of a large bill. Information is easy to ascertain (except perhaps my solar feed in) I really appreciate that when I ring them I always get someone on the end of the phone and without a long wait. I really like their focus on the environment and now they have gas too! I don’t know why everyone isn’t with Powershop ### 5/5 — Great company, great app *2017-12-28* Love this app. Previous day's data is always ready the next morning to keep an eye on usage. They deliver the best prices in my area, and purchasing electricity via the app is easy, painless, and works every time. Never had an issue with the app, or the company.
