When I try to sign up, after filling my details and clicking done, the app just crashes. I then tried to buy electricity, and it claimed: “I have registered an account with an invalid email & my account is blocked”, which is completely inaccurate. Clearly their default block response. App needs improvement, and no after hours support. So I had to resort to using Fnb. I give one star but actually wanted a negative star -1 Every time I pay money into the wallet it takes hours to show even though it is from the same bank. Other apps update immediately and let me transact. Get your act together or take me off your system.
