It says it sent me a code but it never shows up and there’s no alternative, like a text. It was twisting in the air. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for being part of the PowerUp journey. ### 1/5 — POWERUP 3.0 Plane *2025-04-17* It looked complex when I got the gift, so I let it sit around for awhile. I eventually took my POWERUP 3.0 plane out of the box, folded the plane, charged it, downloaded the only POWERUP app available (POWERUP 4.0), set up a profile, and it will not sync with the plane. If it was not going to sync with the plane, it should not have made me register with the company. I had watched online tutorial, search for help on app web site, got a recent update to the app, but it still does not work. This was very disappointing. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2025-04-12* Not only does the plane not last even 15 seconds without draining but you can literally just hold it in your hand and swing it around and it counts as flight time. Updated and now I’m just stuck on “Logged In”. ### 1/5 — Can’t connect to plane *2024-09-23* I followed the instructions online EXACTLY and yet when I get to the app screen with “Find My Plane” I tap the button and nothing happens. The button is fully unresponsive. I have restarted my phone, turned off and on the plane, and yet nothing. My partner also downloaded the app and tried on his phone and he had the same issues. I’ve used this product before, and it is amazing when it works. One thing you need is controller support wire you tilt your controller to turn the plane. This plane has flown like 500 feet in the air and lost connection due to high winds, sent into around 10 different power lines, stuck in trees for weeks with rain, and stepped on by a 9 year old. This plane still flies great but I have had to glue the seam in the frame once and replace the foam nose. ### 5/5 — 2.0.10 fixes the email signup issue *2024-09-17* Now that the app works again this back to a 5-star experience. All the best Shai ### 5/5 — GREAT TOY! *2023-05-31* If powerup could add a screen lock function so the app doesn’t flip over when you try to turn but overall I might run out of paper soon😂 ### 5/5 — Very Easy to Use *2022-08-31, version 1.37.3* This app is very simple to use and quick to set up. All you need to have is the powerup 4.0 motor and it tells you how to make the plane. Connects to the motor with Bluetooth easily. No problems at all and the control has perfect sensitivity and is very easy to fly compared to some other drones on the market. Would recommend. ### 5/5 — Great products, some suggestions! *2021-04-04* This is one of my favorite toys, I have both a 3.0 and a 4.0. I have no complaints at all (hence the 5 stars), but I do have some suggestions for how to make a near perfect product even better! 1. Bring back the dart/3.0 platform! It’s really nice to have a little slow flier in addition to the big fast 4.0. 2. Add the ability to make custom control schemes. 3. Make it possible to put custom designs in your personal hanger, it would really promote the design process.
