Impossible to log on to app. Please fix this. Waste of time

App freezes and has left me with low amount of charge in my car. Please sort the app out as it just keeps spinning and is costing me money on superchargers. Shame it’s temperamental.

The app since the recent update just does not work very well. Sends me a message to say the car is not charging when it is.

New app is much better than previous although my app has got stuck because my car finished charging when it reached 100% and caused some confusion in the app. Need to fix this as looks like a bug. Now the orange circle keeps spinning on the app.

Since having the Poververse since June it hasn’t missed a beat. Only annoying thing is to change or stop and start another charge is to unplug which is a big inconvenience but not the end of the world. 5 stars if this problem solved

Had my charger installed recently and used the old app.  Everything was seamless.  Was asked if I would be willing to take part in a Beta of the new app which I did.  Overall worked well, a few times I had to log myself back in and it hasn’t been as smooth as the previous app.  Overall it’s been a good experience.

Been using the new app since launch and loving all the features. Automatic Scheduling makes it super simple to set my charging schedule! Look forward to seeing ongoing improvements!

The latest app update does not work as smoothly as the previous. 

I am not a fan of the constant spinning orange ring when nothing is plugged in it makes it seem like something is loading. 

Once I plug the car in I get notified and when I hold authorisation it takes about 20 seconds of orange ring spinning before it begins a countdown for charging to start then when I press the play button it will say charging but won’t actually show a energy flowing for another minute. 

I like that it shows cost now by inputting your tariff but the dashboard interface needs work. 

The previous app would respond and act without delay.
