FileShare is a file-collaboration tool built for small teams, powered entirely by your own iCloud. No third-party servers, no sign-up, no tracking.

- Data sovereignty: everything lives in your own iCloud Public Database. Uninstall the app and the data still belongs to you.
- Zero middleman: no backend servers, no ad or analytics SDKs, no IDFA access, no tracking.
- True multi-device: iPhone, iPad and Mac — natively built, sync instantly via your Apple ID.

- Team spaces: create a team, share the invite code, members are in immediately.
- Hierarchical folders: organize files the way you want.
- Built-in Markdown viewer & editor: docs and notes in one place.
- Image & PDF preview: the common formats, right there.
- Drag-and-drop on Mac: import with one gesture. File picker import on iOS.
- Overwrite-or-rename on name conflict.
- Quotas: up to 2 GB / 6 seats per team; up to 3 teams per Apple ID (adjustable).
- Soft delete: deleted files and teams sit in Trash for 30 days before permanent removal.
- In-app CloudKit health check: diagnose connectivity, schema and permission issues with one tap.
