I talked to the support but they don’t care and didn’t do any effort to try to solve my problem. Had problems from the moment I scanned my passport. It keeps saying document failed to upload. I’ve been scanning my passport photo for over 2 hours and I can’t start work till it’s completed. The support is absolutely useless too. They just tell me the basic stuff make sure the photo is in good lighting etc. which is obviously what you would have done before messaging support. So now I’m just sat at the site entrance and I don’t know if I’ll even be able to start work. If the upload photo manually button worked the problem wouldn’t be as bad.
