When I search for a book, the app says “Could not connect to catalog provider,” and when I try to log into my library account, it says “Your session is no longer valid.” I tried the usual troubleshooting of deleting and reinstalling the app, to no avail. I reported this to the library and to the app support email address, but received no follow-up from anyone.

The app was recently updated and I’m happy to say it’s back to functionality after the previous version stopped working. I can view my account, place holds, search the catalog and display my barcode. Everything I need!
