投诉资料：
1.我是广州市万惠公司ppmoney网贷平台出借受害人，平台逾期已有4个月，法人高管从未露面公开解释说明情况。也没有出示任何公告和兑现方案，对出借人的无数次诉求充耳不闻。2.与此相反，平台自逾期以来，不断的修改合同，逃避责任，成为活生生的霸王合同。删除以往的保本保息，第三方责任担保，篡改平台过往逾期率为零的宣传。接着而来的是不断的打折宣传，折扣由9.5下降到4.6，同时收买众多水军，在各种平台和群里宣传自己是中介公司，由于市场原因，无法保证出借人的利益，趁早打折下车，捞一点回来就趁早捞一点，否则最后一分钱也没有。打压出借人内心期望，导致出借人相互踩踏，真是血淋淋的收割。3.而在此之前的6.7.8月，平台法人陈宝国，总经理胡新在全国各地召开高管见面会，宣传公司管理更加合规，盈利能力更强，逾期率几乎没有。能够确保出借人本息不受损。宣传受到中央，省市各级领导的重视和支持，并且利用自己人大代表的身份为自己的宣传作保证。通过电话宣传诱骗出借人出借和续期。真是赤裸裸的诱骗和欺诈。4.逾期四个月以来，出借人不断的通过电话询问，网上投诉，现场沟通，不但没有一个部门接待，反而引来大批的警察叔叔的抓，打，扣，推。真是叫天天不应 ，叫地地不灵。难道这是全心全意为人民服务的公仆应该有的作为吗？广东各级政府难道都睡着了吗？人民的媒体在哪儿呢？6．回忆金融创新的历史，各大平台，各级媒体，各级政府夸夸其谈的大力宣传，不禁泪流。金融科技创新连续五年写入政府工作报告，制定了五年发展规划，十七部委下文，发证监管审计，银行存管，互金会员……谁引进？谁倡导？谁站台？谁发证？谁收税？当初大力倡导站台的金融创新就这样一刀切收场了。留下几亿家破人亡，妻离子散的百姓。政府让平台清零，但8000多亿出借款何日清零呢？政府责任在哪里？百姓无小事的承诺在哪里？如今，各个监管部门相互推诿，不管不问，老百姓投诉无门。不仅伤钱，更伤爱国之心。希望相关部门尽快出台行政兜底政策，解决金融难民问题，因为您的人民活不下去了！望苍天开眼，公仆觉醒，救救深爱你的子民吧！
