## What is PR Diary?

PR Diary is a private, local-first diary and work organizer for four roles in Taiwan's nightlife hospitality field: hostesses, guests, male hosts, and managers. Each diary records daily work, interactions, income, schedules, and follow-ups.

Guest diary
• Save notes about venues
• Remember the hostesses or male hosts you met
• Record spending and impressions from each visit

Hostess and male host diaries
• Set personal goals
• Track income, expenses, and savings progress
• Organize shifts, guests, and follow-ups

Manager notes
• Organize talent rosters and shift arrangements
• Track performance and follow-up items
• Keep daily management notes together

Features
• Home navigation for four role-specific diaries and common tools
• English industry guide to Taiwan-specific venue types, terminology, practical context, and safety notes
• Multiple diary entries with search and date filters
• Calendar view
• Quick Capture for saving key work details
• Reminder Center for follow-ups, unfinished entries, and shift status
• Home Screen widget that opens the selected role
• Optional Face ID, Touch ID, or device-passcode app lock
• Password-protected encrypted backups with safe import options

Optional PR Diary Pro includes:
• Financial statistics
• Follow-up management
• Weekly summaries and action plans
• Advanced reports and custom date ranges
• CSV/PDF summary export
• Quick Capture templates and priority reminders

Your diary and roster data stays on your device by default. No account is required, and diary content is not sent to a developer server. Reminders, backups, and app lock are optional and controlled by you.

PR Diary supports Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, and Japanese throughout the app. The app follows your device's preferred language.

PR Diary is a private note-taking and organization tool. It does not provide bookings, transactions, payments, matching, solicitation, or user-to-user messaging.

PR Diary Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription. Both plans unlock the same Pro features. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Core diary features and local records remain available without Pro.
