## What is PR Japan Guide?

PR Japan Guide helps foreign residents forecast Japan permanent-residence approval timing, check application readiness, and manage documents and progress. Application data stays on your device and no account is required.

FREE APPROVAL TIME FORECAST
Choose your immigration office and filing date to see elapsed days and an estimated approval window informed by average review times published by Japan's Immigration Services Agency. This is not internal case progress, approval probability, or a guarantee.

PREPARATION
Review residence, tax, pension, health insurance, status period, and document gaps. Track a basic document checklist and notes.

PROGRESS
Save the application date, office, current stage, and additional-document events. If your current residence period expires during PR review, a separate extension application is still required.

Tokyo now distinguishes the office excluding Yokohama from the Yokohama Branch. Waiting records, preparation, and residence expiry have clear separate homes, and every published app is available in the catalog. The forecast is an estimate; rely on official notices for the actual approval date.
