Now my account has been locked. When I asked for assist to unlock my account. The support team refused to send OTP code in mail instead they were asking for change my number then only I might get OTP codes in phone. I does’t understand why I can’t get my OTP in my email. ### 1/5 — The Worst Banking Experience *2024-11-23* I’ve had nothing but frustration trying to use the Prabhu Bank app, and I honestly cannot recommend it to anyone. I’ve been trying to open my own account for days, but the app simply won't let me. It constantly asks for a password, then directs me to receive an OTP (One-Time Password) via email, but the email never arrives, no matter how many times I try. Living in Australia makes it even more difficult, as the app doesn't seem to work properly from abroad. It's incredibly inconvenient, and there’s no proper customer support to help resolve these issues. I would highly recommend you avoid Prabhu Bank's app and instead try alternatives like NMB, NIC Asia, or Siddhartha Bank, which offer much better and more reliable banking experiences. I try to withdraw money through remittance, bank transfer from app but it’s always show transaction failed .
