Right now it’s not allowing me to put any sessions into my feed. It’s says “JSON could not be serialized because of error. The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format” Not sure what’s happening. Perhaps need an update. Couldn’t reach app support, link in App Store doesn’t work ### 4/5 — Good application *2021-04-18, version 2.0* For the first time I use the application for planning music sessions. Therefore, there is nothing to compare it with. You can: - plan sessions; - record your sessions in audio format; - monitor your progress by listening records from past sessions; - use the metronome at different tempo; - communicate with other users; - use the music library. The application works well. But first time, it loads about 20 seconds. Next times, I don't know why, it loads faster. During the app operation on my phone, it almost no lost its charge. Which is good. Presence of the metronome and an audio recording function - very cool!!! Additionally, you can communicate with other users. This is also a plus. But: - there is no way to add your own audios for the background, which causes that the rehearsal of the separate score is not so convenient. - when you sending a message to another user, you can't upload files (the record of your session, for example) - as I understand, the music library is at the development stage, because, often, there is no scores, no musics or etc., and, honestly, it’s relevance is not clear to me at all. Overall, this is a useful application. I like it. ### 4/5 — pretty good!! *2020-12-02, version 1.5.1* this is a good starter app for practicing!! Not super in depth but just what I’ve needed. The two things I think this app needs is 1) see how long you’ve been practicing each day, specifically not just on the graph. Possibly just next to the date have an exact amount of minutes? 2) be able to go back and forth between months so I can compare practice month to month. Right now you can only view the month you’re on and it feels kind of pointless if it will disappear. I’m continuing to use this to finish my 100 days of practice goal, so I’ll give updates on how I’m feeling and any other things that should be updated! Notifications don’t even work on this app. Very frustrating. you say you will work on it but are you actually, cause I rely on this app a lot and nothing but bugs. ### 1/5 — Can’t open *2021-08-12, version 2.4.2* I just downloaded the app and it keeps crashing. I deleted and reinstalled but it still won’t work. ### 1/5 — This App is Trash *2020-09-12, version 1.4.5* I’d gladly pay for a music practice log that actually worked properly. This one doesn’t load quickly, if at all, and it has glitches galore. Skip it. ### 1/5 — Slow and Convoluted *2020-03-22, version 1.4.1* To add my own items to practice I have to search a repertoire of classical pieces and then scroll to the bottom of the list. I contacted support and was told I “should” be seeing an option to add an item in the footer, but no such option is there. But here’s the thing: even if that WAS there, the fact that it takes 15-30+ seconds of loading to do any action at all in this app makes it unusable. ### 1/5 — Does not properly record time *2019-08-06, version 1.2* The timer does not keep time when the device’s display is turned off/slept. Tested it multiple times, and it was always faulty. For example, when a minute and sixteen seconds had passed, the app had only recorded 22 seconds. I get the sense that something is periodically interrupting the timer. This app concept is exactly what I had been looking for, but I was disappointed to find that it’s unusable. ### 2/5 — Laggy *2025-01-17* The app’s concept is promising, but it falls short in execution. Many features, such as the goal-setting function, don’t work as intended. Why did they change it?! ### 2/5 — Bugs after latest fix *2024-11-29, version 2.10.1* I have been using Practice for multiple years to track my guitar practice - I like the changes in the UI - like calendar month graph, all time. However - I am having two issues - when I go to select my piece from the Music Library, a bunch of public pieces show up - I cannot scroll down to mine - it does not show any of my pieces. I have to type in a search to find the piece Also, when I search and go into a piece, it doesn’t show any prior practice times - for example, I practiced earlier for 20 min. If I go into my feed, I can see the piece - but no prior history is shown… Please help! I love this program UPDATE. Found more bugs where you can’t edit a piece that you practiced ### 2/5 — Works when it works *2024-11-02, version 2.9.9* I use this app religiously, which makes it frustrating when, about 25% of the time, it is so slow and crashes so much that it is unusable. It worked hardly good but after update I can’t edit me records. Weekly diagram also broken. It started work in landscape what definitely should not happen. It feels like not native app, probably written on Flutter out with other cross platform technology. Previous version was better. Please return at least possibility for editing.
