I’ve been enjoying it for a couple of years now. I couldn’t do without Practice Player! I highly recommend this app and think it’s of really good value for musicians starting out in their career. The only reason I don’t rate it 5 stars yet is that there are a few very minor bugs at this moment, but other than that I think this is such an essential tool that should be in just about anyone’s app library who is serious about getting better at an instrument. ### 4/5 — It helps a lot *2025-03-07* A great tool to learn music. Select the parts you want to train and repeat them until the end of the world (or you finally learn). I received an email from Jeff again last week totally out of the blue telling me this issue was fixed - and it is! Again, I never expected this. It says so much to Jeff and his character and commitment. Thank you, Jeff! One final suggestion - allow the ability to alter the pitch of songs as well to compensate for dropped tunings and this app will be perfect! Thank you again for a great app! ************************************************** I’m updating my original review. I was having trouble with songs dropping from the app but it has since been fixed. Jeff, the app developer reached out to me many months later to let me know that this has been addressed. I was never expecting this, and it says a lot about him and his commitment to quality and customer support. If only there was a way to adjust the pitch up or down a few cents that, to me, would complete the app. ———————————————- I was really attracted to this app for the features it had but after using it for an hour I’m really disappointed with it. The app keeps dropping songs imported from Apple play. I have uploaded a 9 song playlist several times in the past hour. The app keeps dropping the songs, and I have to delete the playlist and upload them again. This has happened 5 times in the past hour. This is very frustrating because I love the features of this app and hope you can get it fixed. I even upgraded to the ultimate version and still have issues.
