Tried redownloading multiple times and checked all my settings, it won’t load.

Hi there, I would love to use this app and I have submitted technical feedback vi the app, but the app itself doesn't load properly and takes a long time to load some things so I cant even use it and do any exercises, if you can fix it, Id love to use it! Thanks

I love using this app as a way to calm my nervous system. The practices are so soothing and allow me to give myself some grace and be kind to myself.
