A bar or line graph showing this would be helpful. Also, the award system feels rather clunky and sloppily put together (see the Year and a Half certificate, for example. It says “You’re halfway to two years!”) The streak freeze also doesn’t work. I tried using one when I went on vacation and lost my streak because it didn’t activate properly. Another thing that would be useful to add to the app is a way to download digital sheet music into the app as a student. ### 4/5 — Update the dang app *2026-05-14* Make it so we can actually see why they earned the gems how many they earned how they earned it and make it better like next week bro ### 4/5 — I’m glad but not good *2025-05-03* When I first started this app, I was playing the piano for 20 minutes a day on every Monday, but there was only one problem once I had enough to practice until fall. I start not play it for some reason I was supposed to play every day but it didn’t feel right for me. I want to play it, but I can’t, so there’s just one thing wrong and I don’t know what it is and that problem is well. I don’t really know but it’s not bad but can I videos on it? ### 3/5 — Needs a code? *2025-04-27, version 1.9.7* Ever since the update, when I try to open the app it says « need a code from the studio». My teacher doesn’t know where to find the code, I’ve tried updating the app but there’s no update button in the App Store ### 2/5 — Great Concept but needs improvement *2024-09-18* This app has a great concept which has benefits like helping motivating kids to practice but there are issues that really need to be fixed. The biggest issue is the app should allow teachers to go in and fix practice times when student forgets to stop practice timer. In addition it should allow teachers to add practices for a student when the app is not working on their device. You have to email support every time one of these issues arises and they are not quick to respond and fix these issues. Plus, their prices for monthly subscription are going up substantially and unless these issues are fixed, I don’t think it’s worth that monthly fee. **Developer response:** Thanks for let us know about this. This is the best app i hav even seen in my entire freaking life! I do recommend u guys to use this app. It's a good app for piano, but u can practice with other instruments using this 👍 app I have been working with my teacher on this app since i was 6 and now im 9! I pressed the “forgot password” button and took all the steps to logging back to my account, and the email didn’t even send! What a big ripoff if this is a bug please fix it because now I have to make a whole new account and start all over again. This app has continually and repeatedly malfunctioned deleting or eliminating credit for the work done. The result of this is demoralizing and frustrating. Worst app ever thanks for nothing. ### 1/5 — Need improvements on flexibility *2024-05-16* This is a nice app that help kids to practice, but it seriously needs some improvements: 1. It doesn’t allow any edit on practice time/date so parents can make edit to accurately reflect the kids practice. This one is really annoying! Cases like kids forget to press stop button, they play some time when the phone is not home and forget to run the timer later, time was not recorded due to bugs, etc. 2. App doesn’t save practice if it’s not manually stopped and submitted 3. App doesn’t recognize streak by practice date. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE ALLOW EDITS on the practice time/date and give rewards ACCORDING TO DATE/TIME AFTER EDITS!!! IT TAKES CARE OF ALMOST ALL YOUR ONE STAR REVIEW ISSUES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! **Developer response:** You're 100% correct - we have added functionality to allow teachers to edit streaks, gems and practices! ### 1/5 — Review *2024-02-10* Although the app is mostly helpful for tracking practice, it almost never saves my practice streak, even when I buy the “streak freezer” power up. I had an almost 90 day streak, but I had go somewhere for the day and wasn’t able to practice. I checked that I had a streak freezer in my inventory before I left and it was there. The next day, I checked and all of my hard work was erased! It had only one streak day. I got worried but a notification popped up saying if I practiced that day, my streak would go back to normal. I practiced, and guess what? Nothing happened!!! Another thing that should be fixed is that when you are outside the app with the timer going, and timer goes over the goal, it stops on your practice goal and say something like, “your practice had been paused due to interactivity.” I mean, what if you are doing other music work outside of the app with, say 80 minutes going, and when you check the app it stops at your 30 minute goal. So in all, the app could use some improvement which I hope people fix. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t track practice days correctly *2024-02-08* The days that my daughter practice don’t match the days the app says she’s on a streak. I can literally look back at the practices on the practice tab, count the days she has practiced in a row and it doesn’t match what her streak is in the awards tab. Is the app just not trying to award her the points she has earned or can it not count correctly?
