This is a waste of employee’s time and company resources. The app offers nothing of real value. It cannot face track as the company claims because the tasks can still be completed by covering the camera. You write up your own training materials and it’s all handled in house so you can accomplish the same things without this service. Sales actually dropped significantly after my company started using this

This is a waste of employee’s time. The app offers nothing of real value. It cannot face track as the company claims because the tasks can still be completed by covering the camera. You write up your own training materials anyway so there is really no need to use this app or this service.

I just started a new job and my company uses Practis to onboard new hires. I was so relieved to not have to roleplay with coworkers and felt that I learned the material twice as fast this way. I’ve been here 2 weeks and have already made 3 sales! Confidence game changer.
