### 2/5 — Pop ups

*2018-06-13*

Every time I go to sign an order it makes me try to leave a review! Then it won't submit the review I leave!!! It is constantly bugging out and messing up. I DONT WANT TO LEAVE A REVIEW QUIT SUBMITTING POP-UPS THAT PREVENT ME FROM BEING ABLE TO USE THE APP!!!!!!!!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Provider

*2025-10-01*

The app is 5 stars but the provider is dependent upon the facility paying for the app. Most places will stop the app because of cost but really as a provider we need this app since we are expected to be expedient in our response to able to answer questions in regards to patient care.

### 1/5 — Bad app with poor functionality

*2025-07-04*

This app and this company puts out subpar product with no thought behind it. The app is clunky and crashes often. Poor design and function.

### 1/5 — Practitioner engagement.

*2019-12-24*

Ever since two weeks ago when they udaeted app it has been horrible!!!!! It breaks off every time while using app back to home screen. If not fixed the use of app creates a functional disaester.

### 1/5 — Crash!

*2016-03-22*

This app crashes repeatedly after using key fob to sign orders. I have to log back in for each patient. Not a time savings...

### 2/5 — Was better

*2025-05-28*

This app is ok but with the last update the pt search bar is gone. It’s little things like this that PCC misses and mess up a providers work flow.

### 2/5 — Nurse practitioner

*2021-12-29*

I have been using the app for 2 years in LTC setting, initial glitches seem to have been improved but as of recently I get an error every time I try to write a narcotic script. It used to be time saving for me, now it’s just a hassle because I need to attempt 3-5 times, easier to head back to the office and use regular laptop.

### 2/5 — Crashes Every.Single.Time.

*2019-12-30*

I loved this app until 12/2019 upgrade. It crashes constantly now. Please fix it ASAP.

### 2/5 — Glitchy

*2019-12-24*

This app worked acceptably well before the most recent update - easy access to meds, labs, vitals, basic info. For the past several weeks it has been VERY glitchy, logging me out completely after a minute or two. Essentially is now useless and incredibly frustrating when I need to work.

### 2/5 — Could be great

*2019-12-19*

What a wonderful app, does so many things to save me time. EXCEPT, it crashes every single time I use it. I have to go back in and re-open it at least twice for every time I use it. I am using it on an iPad, perhaps it doesn’t get along with Apple as many apps do not. Sure hope they are working on this! otherwise this is a wonderful idea And fantastic timesaver, If only it did not crash every single time I use it.

### 2/5 — New mobile app

*2019-12-10*

After the most recent upgrade, the ability to use the practitioner engagement has been absolutely awful. I am been constantly kicked out and required multiple screens to log in. Fix this!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Fantastic time saver

*2019-11-03*

Sleek, simple interface gives me the info I need to stay up to date with my patients and of course sign orders anywhere. Appreciate the convenience!

### 5/5 — Super app.. A real time saver..

*2019-01-07*

Helps save time by reviewing information on the go.. A must have app for practitioners..

### 5/5 — I love this app

*2019-01-05*

So many good features!

### 5/5 — Awesome!!!

*2016-05-05*

I love this app! It makes working in my charts outside the facility so great. It is very user friendly and it makes being a physician so much better!!!!!

### 4/5 — Generally Functional

*2017-10-17*

Overall, this app works quite adequately for gathering basic info, with the exception of accessing documents, and any CNA documentation. Reviewing Medication administrations is faster than pulling up the MAR on the desktop version.

### 3/5 — Good enough but lack ordering studies.

*2025-03-07*

Unable to order blood work or radiology studies in this application, only drugs. Otherwise good to see patient chart and write progress notes.

### 3/5 — Very good, except

*2023-03-04*

I’m not certified for certain drugs, so I cannot sign approval for them. But either I cannot or don’t know how to get rid of them. There is no “decline” option that I can find.
So far the institution hasn’t been able to remove it. And the app repeatedly tells me I have documents to sign, when I do not.
That’s a bug.

### 3/5 — Log in Failure

*2021-12-17*

I love this app to see my nursing home patients, but since new upgrade the log in doesn’t work more often than not. Very frustrating. Please upgrade to fix asap

### 3/5 — Still buggy

*2020-07-26, version 4.9.0*

Excellent concept and welcome.
However, gives false notifications, e.g. orders to sign when there are none; persistent indication there are orders to sign when none.
On my iPad I would prefer the vertical instead of the horizontal.
Looking forward to this app being polished up a bit. Soon.

### 3/5 — NP

*2016-03-06*

Love the app as it is great to be able to electronically sign orders on the fly... Just wish it really sent notifications when there are pending orders to sign. Description of app says that it has that capability but that feature is not there???
