FLX’s goal is to remove the cost barrier of investing in the safety of your organization and those who get your product out the door or deliver the service you provide. 

Employees can use the app to quickly and anonymously complete a form to praise a co-worker for their attention to safety or coaching others when they observe something that puts themselves or others at risk.
