The new icons are modern, and it is easier to navigate. This is a must-have for all serious Pranic Healers looking to have the easiest access to the protocols at their fingertips! ### 5/5 — Awesome! *2014-09-02* It's very handy! All the protocols are there and it's so easy to use. Very friendly interface. When you purchase you get the basic healing protocols, but then you can upgrade to advanced, psychotherapy and crystal healing protocols. I have them all! And use them all the time! Each protocol is subdivided into protocol, notes and images for quick reference. Very handy for on-the-move reference. The search function works wonderfully fast. It's great for an iPhone and iPod. Hidden benefit: You can purchase the Advanced Pranic Healing book for an additional $9.99 within the app itself. The apps disappeared and now they are asking to pay again $9.99 each. Customer service not answering emails, Facebook nothing. However a couple of years ago I downloaded the other 3 books and paid $9.99 each for them. Then they disappeared from my app. It says it wants me to pay $9.99 each again for something I have already paid for. If you click for support you get a website that no longer exists. I was very disappointed because I liked being able to go to any of the books within the same app. I wish they would fix this. If they did I'd give 5 stars. ### 4/5 — Purchasing APP on various iPads/iphones *2014-12-02* Great App and have found very useful however, You don’t seem to be able to just download the advanced protocol from itunes rather than as an IN App purchase, as if you want the app on various ipads/iphones you have to keep paying everytime. All the protocols are right there when you need them.
