Doesn’t work as always says “call failed”

I’m from Australia and when I try to call it always call failed I’ve done this on my phone rested it on other phones it doesn’t work tried on different acc it don’t work

Call went through, but I cannot listen to it

I had this app almost for five years. This app is the best. It’s just one issue. I used to listen to this old prank. Call in 2021 and now I cannot listen to it when I Pranked, my cousin I used to be able to listen to it now I could only hear the prank caller talk not the other person. I really need help to get this fix please help.
