Things take a while to load but oh well they load in the end. Since yesterday patient lists aren’t loading. Don’t quite know what to do **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. You will hear from us soon. ### 4/5 — Honest MD feedback *2020-08-09, version 2.1.59* I realize that this application is in its “beta” form and that, at this time, it is being only used by a few “practitioners.” What has puzzled me over the years as a practicing physician for about 20+ years (and as an IT-savvy physician), was how EMR companies like Athena decide who first trials their beta products, with the purpose of later optimization and eventual public release. As I see it, it is a crap shoot: no emails go out to super users who are willing to help them in the development of the product, thus they later end up modifying the end product tens of times.... It is a top down release (software developers passed down to physicians) approach that, ultimately, leaves savvy EMR users wondering why would they put out a product that lacks important features/efficiency. I have been an Athena user for years now and, to my surprise, I was never approached when speech to text was coming. That is a shame because I would have gladly volunteered my time to help them develop such an important product, since I have decades of experience with speech to text from using multiple different platforms. ### 4/5 — Praxify vs AthenaOne *2019-12-31, version 2.1.45* Waiting for both these apps to be available for all Athena user, but was curious if both will be released or just one? Thank you ### 5/5 — Easy, Efficient and lots of Potential *2019-10-23, version 2.1.41* Praxify has been great so far for our practice (Orthopedics and PT/OT), especially with pre-visit documentation, built in dragon dictation, and ability to use text macros. Would love to see reasons for visit and encounter plans available in the future. Stay tuned! ### 5/5 — It has saved me hours already and its not any ordinary app *2019-08-05, version 2.1.15* I am a busy physician at baystate and this app has already saved me hours (literally hours) of rounding time due to ease of access. I use it on my phone and my IPAD PRO. Patient’s Love it - when I can trend their temperature and labs in front of them and show them images and pictures from radiology. I can dictate notes right into the messages. The functioning is smooth and I am learning new tricks. The best part is : This is just the beginning and every version upgrade brings new functionality.
