The prayers in this app are admittedly heartwarming but it gets too repetitive and it’s rare to actually find a very sincere and different prayer and verse. So please, if any developer that sees this review, please make the verses and prayers always new and dynamic at least. I would gladly pay for it to avoid the ads but the $60 price tag is way too high. I could stomach $20. Maybe even $29.99. But $60 is much too high. Unfortunately, it’s almost unusable without paying due to the excessive length of ads. Developers - you’re going to lose a large market share if you don’t trim down ads or make the subscription cheaper. ### 2/5 — Inappropriate ads *2026-01-21, version 3.9.4* It’s a great concept, and I love that it holds me accountable to pray more often, however some of the ads, more so the AI ads are inappropriate to me. The app also gets stuck in loops where it gives you the same prayer every single time for weeks, which is a lot given you have to do it 3 times a day. I stop reading the prayer at this point because I have it memorized (which in hindsight is probably a good thing) but sometimes it can get stuck on weird prayers. I had this glitch around Halloween and it kept giving me a prayer about Hallows Eve and praying for the dead saints, which is unbiblical (Ecc. 9:5-6). I have no intention of praying to dead humans instead of Christ. The restore button does nothing. I downloaded this the other day, and it’s a great app and idea… especially given I struggle with prayer. However, this paywall is driving me away, even when I already have.
