## What is Prayer Journal App?

God loves to hear us pray to Him! And when we pray, He always listens and answers. This app is designed to help you focus your prayer life, remember the good things God has done, and easily share with family and friends.

STAY ORGANIZED
Easily sort and categorize prayers. Once a prayer is answered, archive it in the Answered section. Nothing is more encouraging than looking back and seeing what God has done in your life, and the lives of your family and friends over the years. Looking back helps us look forward in faith, knowing God is good.

REMINDERS AND SHARING
Create a daily list of prayers, or place prayers directly into your Apple calendar. Share requests and answers with others through e-mail, text, or Airdrop. This makes it convenient to use at prayer meetings in person or virtually. The app also provides password, FaceID, or TouchID for privacy.

Our goal is to utilize modern technology to promote a deeper, more intimate relationship with God. Sometimes, we struggle to find the right words to use in our prayers, or we may fall into the habit of repeating the same phrases without much thought. Prayer. ### 1/5 — Distracting ads and a prayer tracking suggestion

I have been searching for an app to help me grow in my devotion to prayer. Unfortunately, the first advertisements I encountered included images of scantily clad models, which immediately distracted me from the purpose of opening the app. For an app centered on prayer and devotion, I hope you’ll consider making the initial experience free from distracting advertisements or offering an easier ad-free option.

I also have a feature request. It would be wonderful if the Prayer Statistics tracked the duration of each prayer session and displayed total prayer time by day, week, month, and year. For those of us who are intentionally cultivating a consistent prayer life, seeing our time devoted to prayer over months can be a meaningful way to measure consistency and encourage growth in our devotion.

Finally a Prayer App that actually helps my prayer life. BEST thing is that, now, it automatically updates to the Cloud keeping all my devices synced. Can’t tell you how frustrating it was before loosing things b/c I forgot to “upload” or “download” from one of my other devices. But now, you can also add scripture verses, pics, and even add “reminders” to your calendar. Well done guys!  My only suggestion would be to to let the “consecutive days” counter work across devices.  It is kinda frustrating to work up to 100 consecutive days, or more, and then not have access to a certain device (b/c of traveling) and loose the streak you work so hard to keep up.

I use the prayer builder! So helpful!  I used to feel like I was floundering in my random word soup prayers. Now I just explain what I trying to say.  This builder helps me focus on the one topic. Also gives encouraging scripture based on the prayer topic.

It is amazing to document God at work through prayer.  Great way to remember to follow up with someone also.  I love that it synchs across devices.

It is five star worthy except for the inability to custom sort the prayer categories.  I have been unable to find an option other than the default alphabetical sort. Some people would prefer to prioritize the categories differently.

This app allows you to create your own prayer time without a lot of fluff or distractions.  I like that you can attach Scripture references.  I’ve had only a couple of things that were negative to me. Both of these I brought to the attention of the developer and, lo and behold, these things got changed in the app. This app is an excellent way for us left brained people to organize our prayer life.

I have used the older version of this app since 2017. And I really liked it. But they have added so many good features to this updated version. I like that if I accidentally hit the check mark to move a request to the answers—a verification pops up. I like the search feature that allows you to quickly find requests. You can now also rearrange the order of the requests. The clock, the ability to find & add verses inside the app, and varying the colors of the requests between white & gray are all really nice! Support is awesome also! I would give this 10 stars if I could!
