BEST thing is that, now, it automatically updates to the Cloud keeping all my devices synced. Can’t tell you how frustrating it was before loosing things b/c I forgot to “upload” or “download” from one of my other devices. But now, you can also add scripture verses, pics, and even add “reminders” to your calendar. Well done guys! My only suggestion would be to to let the “consecutive days” counter work across devices. It is kinda frustrating to work up to 100 consecutive days, or more, and then not have access to a certain device (b/c of traveling) and loose the streak you work so hard to keep up. ### 3/5 — Nice little app but could use a few improvments *2026-04-29, version 13.4.0* I use this app every day and love it's simplicity. Great way to remember to follow up with someone also. I love that it synchs across devices. It is five star worthy except for the inability to custom sort the prayer categories. I have been unable to find an option other than the default alphabetical sort. Some people would prefer to prioritize the categories differently. **Developer response:** If you want, please contact support with ideas on how you'd like to better sort the categories. However, I purchased the app on my desktop, but I am still getting ads and errors and restrictions on my phone so it is asking me to make another $20 purchase which I don’t believe that’s what thecreators in 10 so I have put out a message to them and haven’t heard back yet so hopefully they will get that cleared up and I can use the app seamlessly going forward **Developer response:** You are correct, one subscription covers all devices using the same Apple ID. On the phone, go to the In-App purchase page and press the restore purchase button if it hasn't loaded automatically. I honestly haven’t used it like I could for journaling, but it’s worth it for the functions I use. Upon inquiries, I received quick and kind responses. And I really liked it. But they have added so many good features to this updated version. I like that if I accidentally hit the check mark to move a request to the answers—a verification pops up. I like the search feature that allows you to quickly find requests. You can now also rearrange the order of the requests. The clock, the ability to find & add verses inside the app, and varying the colors of the requests between white & gray are all really nice! Support is awesome also! I also have great ways to share those prayers and note how I see the Lord responding to what is prayed. I look forward to using the SHARE features, so that I can text prayers to others so they can pray with me and also give insight. I would like to have more contemporary translations of the Scripture. I appreciate what it there. Also, the inspiration section looks like it has not been updated in a while. Thank you for making this! :) That said, one thing that's difficult to work with is the lack of sorting options for your prayer lists. When one has many prayers, the app becomes unwieldy and challenging to use, since one cannot easily locate a specific prayer in a vast sea of them. **Developer response:** Hello! You can always sort by categories, and for answered requests you can archive them to the "Answered" section. You can also use the search feature to narrow your request items. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Distracting ads and a prayer tracking suggestion *2026-08-02* I have been searching for an app to help me grow in my devotion to prayer. Unfortunately, the first advertisements I encountered included images of scantily clad models, which immediately distracted me from the purpose of opening the app. For an app centered on prayer and devotion, I hope you’ll consider making the initial experience free from distracting advertisements or offering an easier ad-free option. I also have a feature request. It would be wonderful if the Prayer Statistics tracked the duration of each prayer session and displayed total prayer time by day, week, month, and year. The ads are there so that all features can remain free and usable to anybody. I wanted very much an app that could share data on iOS and Mac. Advertising for app seems to say that I could. Wasn't clear if I had to buy the app for iOS and Mac. No response from company so I finally decided to just buy both. Typed in all my prayer ### 1/5 — Nah *2022-06-21, version 9.1.0* I was liking it at first and actually paid for the first month so I could really get into it. Then I found out I can’t re-order the categories. The ability to reorder throught the GUI is unreliable - again sometimes it works anf other times. I am tired of struggling with this ap. I am going to try another ap. ### 2/5 — A good app but… *2023-12-17* This app is good, but it appears to be missing a crucial feature for long term journaling. There doesn’t appear to be any way to search journal entries. For long term journaling, I really need the ability to run a search against all of my journal entries. The app is well made an intuitive and it would be nice if I could also add/update entries from my computer as well. This app is someone handy for very occasional use, but is lacking some things that make it a great long term solution. **Developer response:** Hi - Thanks for the comments. There is a search feature for both journal and prayers. Press the search icon in the top right to open the search box. You can also update from the computer by downloading the Mac version of the app. It will auto sync between all your Apple devices. ### 2/5 — Nothing to see here *2023-02-17, version 10.1.0* This is exactly the same feature set as the author’s previous prayer journal app, except with a different color interface and subscription pricing. Save your money and use the other one. Subscriptions for subscriptions’ sake should be avoided. ### 2/5 — No sync between devices *2020-09-03, version 2.2.0* I assumed that if I got the pay version of this, it would sync with all my devices. Not so. One must buy a separate subscription for every device. Also, setting the calendar and scripture references are a bit unwieldy. I used to feel like I was floundering in my random word soup prayers. Now I just explain what I trying to say. This builder helps me focus on the one topic.
