I have had this app for more than ten years.  It was useful for most of that but in the last year the ads have shown up with each action.  Checking a time for Iftar involved watching two ads. Today I got spam “you have a virus” ads that attempted to install a new app.  Then a few minutes ago an add with very inappropriate pictures came up.  I am done.  Uninstalling now.

Please note that we use authorised third-party and networks like Admob to show relevant Ads. We are also one of these few Islamic apps that have mostly been indecent category of Ads.

Advertising is frequent if we open app advertisement once we click time again advertising selecting other options again same advertising pop up this is bad if it is for deen sake keep advertising limited or else if it’s ur business then best develop other apps and sorry and thank you

This new update in March 2026 is the worst update ever have tons of adds and non stop adds that makes me delete this AAP from all of our devices and would not recommend downloading (or updating if you still have its older version.)
This aap used to be one of the nicest aap with least adds but now it’s like watching all very long adds

The new updated version of this Prayer Times app feels like it is made mainly for advertisements. It has become very difficult to access the actual prayer timings because ads keep appearing and it takes time to get past them. This makes the app quite irritating to use.

The main purpose of a prayer app should be to help users quickly check prayer times, but now it seems the focus is more on advertising than usability. If this continues, I may have to abandon the app and look for a better alternative.

We just launched a major update with new features like a prayer & fasting tracker, and we're actively working on optimizing the ad experience to be much less intrusive. Our goal is to keep the app accessible while sustaining development, but clearly we've missed the mark on balance here.

Why would you allow adds on this app during the holy month of Ramadan?? It is so difficult to now use the app for all kinds and types of inappropriate adds. It’s not delete from my devices!

Please note that the app takes plenty of time, effort and energy to maintain it. Is this reason we have implemented ads in it. But appreciate your suggestion will definitely look forward to optimising it.
