### 4/5 — Works good, issue with time zones

*2020-07-15, version 1.4.0*

Whenever I go from Central to Mountain time zone, the notifications come an hour and ten minutes early (e.g) 10:50 am. Otherwise a great app

### 4/5 — No RC prayer for Eastertide

*2019-06-11, version 1.2*

It’s a great app, but I haven’t been able to use it since Easter Sunday 😛 If the RC IS in here, it’s hidden so well that I can’t find it. Otherwise, it’s a great app that does one thing but does it well, and the prayers are stored locally, so you don’t need any data or WiFi connection.

### 4/5 — Default Language in Latin

*2018-03-04, version 1.1*

It would be nice to have the default language as Latin instead of always having to switch from English to Latin.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2017-06-13, version 1.1*

This is a fantastic app, you decide the times of day you want it to ring (I stick to noon and 6 pm). It has options for the angelus in English or in Latin which is great. During Easter season it automatically switches to the Regina Coeli. Highly recommend as a way to improve prayer life!

### 5/5 — A simple, straight-forward app

*2016-09-25, version 1.0*

It does what it says it does. One disadvantage is that you need an Internet connection to pray the Angelus with the pope. The video includes the Pope’s Angelus message, but if you don't know Italian you have to skip through it to pray the Angelus with the pope in Latin.

### 5/5 — Love this app!

*2016-07-07, version 1.0*

I had never prayed the Angelus before, but it's easy to do with this app. I love the sound of the church bells that remind me to pray three times a day!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Wo ist das Regina coeli ?

*2024-04-04, version 1.4.0*

Wo ist das Regina coeli ? Es ist doch OSTERZEIT ?

### 1/5 — Help Please : RC instead of Angelus

*2022-05-10, version 1.4.0*

The App has The symbol for the Angelus but when I open it it is the Regina Celi. Can’t find the Angelus anywhere. Is there a way the developer can change this for me?

### 1/5 — Regina Celi instead of Angelus

*2021-04-20, version 1.4.0*

The Angelus does not open when the app is launched.

### 1/5 — SIZE . . .

*2019-06-29, version 1.2*

I’m severely visually impaired I would like to increase the font size. Please
Thank You

### 1/5 — Not worth the space

*2017-06-09, version 1.1*

Rings for me at 8,2,8. No way obvious to reset. Customer service unresponsive. Just set your phone alarm instead

### 4/5 — Watch app please

*2025-02-26, version 1.6.2*

Handy app. Would be awesome if it worked on the watch

### 4/5 — A handy assistant for devotional time

*2024-05-29*

Nice simple app that helps keep the daily rhythm of prayer.
The automatic change between Angelus and Regina Caeli doesn’t coincide with the liturgical calendar though.

### 4/5 — Regina Caeli

*2024-03-31, version 1.4.0*

Today is Easter Sunday (March 31st) and the Angelus hasn’t switched to the Regina Caeli. It always switches on Easter Sunday till Pentecost Sunday.

### 4/5 — Wegfall Regina Coeli

*2022-06-06, version 1.4.0*

Gelobt sei Jesus Christus

### 4/5 — Typos and Constant Bells ringing

*2022-03-04, version 1.4.0*

There are a couple typos in the last prayer; “his” should be “His” and “may” should be “made” can these be fixed? I like the church bells for the alert to pray, but they keep ringing bell even while I have started the angelus

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — laudare, benedicere, praedicare

*2025-03-17, version 1.6.2*

Thank you for this simple, elegant app, a gateway to and a pillar of the Faith!!

### 5/5 — Latest Version Does Not Switch Back to Angelus after Pentecost

*2024-05-28, version 1.6.1*

There is no longer an option to select between the Angelus and Regina Caeli

### 5/5 — Wrong season

*2024-05-22*

Love this app. The only thing I don’t like is when it’s time for Regina coeli the angelus still shows. It’s happening right now and Easter season is officially over.

### 5/5 — It’s no longer Easter season!!!!

*2024-05-21, version 1.6.1*

I love this app, but frustrated that it’s no longer Easter season and they haven’t switched back to the Angelus. Please fix this asap!!!!

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2024-04-09, version 1.5.0*

I use it everyday. It sends notifications and also encourages us to pray Regina Caelis during Easter time.
Highly recommend it!!! I have been using it for more than a year.

### 5/5 — Love The Chimes

*2023-09-08, version 1.4.0*

Wonderful to be alerted to the daily noon Angelus. I stop, and stare at the picture of a farmer and wife pausing in their field to pray at noon. A wonderful Catholic tradition. The noon chimes work to slow me down enough to reflect on my heredity- as a Catholic child, Catholic woman, Catholic wife, and Catholic grandmother. All of which have been a Blessing from God.

### 5/5 — Langue

*2020-04-17, version 1.2*

### 5/5 — Wonderful

*2019-05-30, version 1.2*

I just came home a year ago Easter. I’m sorry to say that I was being a robot; going to Mass, confession, communion, praying. I was doing everything right but I wasn’t feeling right. All of a sudden, just before this past Lent, things started happening to me. I really started praying. I was dying inside because I realized what Jesus and Mary actually went through. When I prayed I couldn’t stop crying. By Holy Thursday I was a complete basket case. By Holy Saturday it was like the build up to Holy Thursday and Good Friday never existed. I was fine except for one tiny thing. I got on my phone and started searching, not knowing why, and I started finding people, places, books, things that I never knew existed and never had a desire to know about... this app being one of those things. It’s such a glorious feeling finally being home and learning about the faith that I was born into. Thank you Magnificat.

### 5/5 — Easy reminder and guide

*2017-06-25, version 1.1*

This is a very straightforward app with several options to fit the individual. It guides you through the prayer (in the language of your choice- check the settings to change- or in Latin) with optional church bells. It also has three optional reminders to pray. To set the alarms, click on the setting icon in the bottom left corner on the opening screen. You can turn the alarms off or edit the times with the pencil. I thought it was obvious, but I wanted to clarify since an earlier review said they couldn't find how to change the times from the defaults.
