Some of the explanations are written in a condescending or pretentious way. Most of the time the questions have nothing to do with the passages. The freebie questions were good, then it was downhill from there. Not reflective of mcat prep at all. App issues too, sometimes the passages are just blank or takes a while load. If you’re studying for the mcat, do yourself a favor and just shell out for the official prep. ### 2/5 — Ok at first... *2019-12-18* It was okay at first, but then I hit a question that made me just delete the app altogether. It gave a mnemonic device to remember the “8 essential amino acids” (theres 9) and gave a list of 10 (I know, right?) left me wondering how many other questions were blatantly wrong. **Developer response:** Thanks for reaching out. Cons: Some of the questions (such as the organic chemistry synthesis questions) seem inappropriately challenging relative to other MCAT study sources. Additionally, Grammatical mistakes make some questions difficult to follow. These are rare, reminiscent of a foreigner who has been living here for twenty years.
