I paid for access to the app for questions and the app is still telling me I do not have access. Not to mention all the videos are outdated, and so is the app (noticed after paying) and so the answers will be incorrect due to changed guidelines. The payment has been taken from my account and I haven’t got what I paid for, I would like a refund.
