Our app help people with diabetes and other chronic diseases by connecting them to better care. Log your blood glucose and insulin doses, and other medications everyday, and your doctor can review your data remotely. Get better control with regular feedback about your diet, exercise, and medications between doctor visits. Get immediate help when you need it.
