I like it, when it works. Not always stable and does not always connect the RV module to my phone. I would have given 1 star since this is the MAIN feature I want to use (control from bedroom), however I upped it to 3 stars because I found out that I could open/close my vent covers from inside house with the RV parked in my driveway. I’ve tried everything, including deleting and redownloading the app, and absolutely nothing works. I’ve used an app like this in a previous Discover RV (VigaTouch Mira), and there were no issues at all. It worked perfectly the whole trip. I guess I’m out of luck over the weekend. Since the last update we are no longer able control the multiplex wiring with our phones as during pairing mode it states unable locate model type ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Works great on my 2021 GT5 & iPhone 14 iOS 16.3 *2023-01-28, version 5.2.3* I have been using Precision Plex in my 2021 Forest River Georgetown motorhome with no issues. I have had it on my Android phone and now on my Apple 14 iPhone with no issue. Bluetooth works great as long as you have your phone updated. The program does what it does and it’s limited to the hardware inside your GT. Others ask for stuff but need different system hardware in your rig so asking for changes to an app won’t magically get it. The few times I needed to ask a question I always got Outstanding service from Customer Service orTechnical Service. Facebook Group for help. Easy setup *2022-12-16, version 5.2.3* Select pair on plex panel and connect to app. Works great. Roll in the awning from outside. The only thing I add is programming of the AGS. Only one issue and not sure if it’s the Apple or the physical unit itself in the RV. The “driver’s” lights over the driving seats have a will and mind of their own. Randomly light up for no discernible reason. Wake up in middle of night and they’ve turned on. Also do this a dozen times daily. 2023 Fleetwood Bounder and only recourse was to disconnect all lights over the driver and passenger seats. Shutting them off back at fuse/control menu panel failed to resolve. ### 4/5 — Good app - when it works *2024-09-10, version 5.4.8* I love the features of the app but it constantly looses its pairing with the main console. When this happens it is a pain to repair, especially because of where my main console is located. ### 4/5 — Add Temperature Control Option Please *2022-03-09, version 5.2.2* The app works BUT you can not control temperature settings which IMO is very misleading since your pic specifically shows a “temperature” option. Getting out of a warm bed into a very cold room to turn on the heat in the morning is no fun. First world problem, this I know but it’s a technology I’m sure my husband would appreciate since he’s tasked with tip toeing to the control panel. Apple should remove *2021-09-13, version 5.2* 9/13/2021 update Turned out to be a defective touch screen, not the app. I worked with the customer support folks at Precision Circuits and they were very helpful in diagnosing the problem. New panel arrived and everything works great, including this app. Even though this app doesn’t support all the functions in on my Precision Circuits touch screen, it is still very useful and I recommend it. -jt ==== DO NOT USE! Downloaded this app to control my 2021 Fleetwood Southwind 35K. This app will ruin your coach batteries. The image shown of what this app is supposed to control is false. This app will NOT control the generator, in fact it disables the auto-gen start; disables the control panel in the coach; most functions stop working on the coach panel. Worst of all, after loading this app and syncing to the coach, the battery levels shown on the coach panel are incorrect and therefor auto-gen will NOT start based on coach battery level. DO NOT USE THIS APP, it has the potential to drain your coach batteries and allow your coach to heat up or freeze because the A/C or heater did not start as it should have. To restore the coach panel, you will have to shut down all power on the coach, remove the app from the iPhone, disable Bluetooth, then turn on coach power to restore the coach control panel. There’s a reason this app has such a poor rating.
